Our Story

Lined Up Resource works with owners, hoteliers, property teams, designers, and procurement groups on hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential projects—helping bring spaces to life through furniture and design solutions that work in the real world.

Beautiful furniture matters, but great projects are built around more than aesthetics. The right pieces need to align with the vision, the budget, the timeline, and how people will truly experience the space every day.

Lined Up Resource represents brands and partners that are trusted because every recommendation carries the company’s reputation with it.

But product is only part of the equation. The process is where projects either gain momentum or lose it. Every project has multiple moving parts—the designer shaping the vision, ownership driving goals, manufacturers creating the product, vendors coordinating logistics, and teams managing the details in between.

Lined Up Resource helps connect those pieces and keep them moving together—creating alignment, solving problems before they become headaches, and helping teams navigate the inevitable twists that come with bringing a project to life.

When it works, no one is chasing updates, scrambling through surprises, or putting out fires during installation.

Because when the right people, products, and process line up, great spaces happen.
